Overall, it is good! I really like the salty flavor of the soup, and the tenderness of the meat or chashu. The noodles is just fine.

Visited around 12:20 on a holiday in October 2023. There are seats on the 1st and 2nd floors, but I sat at the counter on the 1st floor. I verbally ordered the lunch menu set B for 1,000 yen. This is Morioka chashu noodles and half rice. The price of the char siu noodles on the grand menu is 1,350 yen, so I think it's a pretty good deal. Arrived within 3 minutes of waiting. It's a pitch black soup, so-called black ramen. The mellow, sweet taste of soy sauce with its edges removed spreads throughout your mouth, leaving a strong soy sauce aroma. There is a strong presence of soy sauce. The brown-stained noodles are a low-moisture type that penetrates easily and has a crunchy texture, and are delicious as they coat the black soup well. There are also 5 large pieces of roasted pork on top. The meat is moist and slightly dry, but the muscle fibers remain strong and the flavor of the meat oozes out with every bite. I love this chashu. The half rice was fluffy and delicious. Next time I would like to try the skirt steak bowl set.
