A restaurant that has been nominated several times for the 100 Famous Restaurants where you can enjoy the local cuisine of Musashino udon. I think Shiro Shuran will also win the award.
The location is near the worst: it's in an alleyway that enters a residential area after passing through the shuttered Shimoshakujii shopping street, so you won't notice it from the main street. The station is also far away.
The exterior is old and has the look of a store that locals tend to miss.
The inside of the store is even older, the cleanliness is not very good, and the water tastes like tap water and tastes bad.
Apparently it opened in 2010, but I thought it was a much older store.
The owner, an old guy, seems like a very nice person, but he seems more like someone who runs a restaurant in a tourist spot in the mountains than a craftsman, so for a moment you forget that this is Tokyo's 23 wards.
If you are concerned about the focus on SC, which is often seen on Google Maps, you should definitely not go there.
Despite this, the reason why we give this restaurant the highest rating and recommend it is because it's ``food that can only be eaten here.''
The noodles are disheveled and stiff, which you can't really tell from the photo, and they have a great chewy texture even on their own. The presence of disorder is also hard.
This powerful udon is likely to strengthen your teeth...or is it udon? Is it okay to eat udon since you can see the pieces? ?
This power surpasses the average Jiro style ramen or sword noodles.
I gulp down about 450g of that for a regular serving, and 700g for a large serving. It makes my stomach hurt.
Although the soup is standard, it is not able to handle this noodles.
It's a thin piece of meat similar to the shabu meat in Niku Soba and Niku Soba in Ramen, but this was the first time I felt the significance and reason for the existence of Niku Soba.
The noodles are so powerful that they are difficult to eat unless they are thin enough to be rolled.
I recommend this because it comes with meat for 200 yen difference.
The table seasonings include shichimi, sesame, and as much green onion as you like, so you'll want to change the flavors as you eat.
I want you to experience this one-of-a-kind, high-powered mass once.
Especially young people who like Jiro style and large-sized Daishoken will definitely be filled with joy.
Apparently there was a one-year hiatus once, so I don't know when it will end.
Go early if you have the energy.

You can eat chewy Musashino udon.
I ordered the meat udon noodles. An adult man can eat it all, but it's quite a large amount. I felt that the amount of content was acceptable as entertainment. It's not an amount that will make you feel sick, but if you are concerned about it, we recommend taking a small portion.

The dipping sauce is delicious. Some reviews say it's sweet, but personally I was very satisfied.

Kenchin udon, curry udon, mushroom udon, and gravy udon were all delicious.
About two months ago, I was introduced to this place by a local, and I visited for the first time on a rainy day.
We enjoyed a delicious meal while having fun conversation.
I had a medium portion of the recommended Tsuke Udon and finished it deliciously.
Thank you very much for today.

Tabelog rating at the time of visit was 3.62.

Visited on Sunday lunchtime. Visiting time is around 12:00.
When you pass through the noren curtain, the counter seats are about half full.

I checked the menu and ordered Nikutsuke Udon (880 yen).

After about 8 minutes of waiting, the udon arrived and it was time to eat it.

Irregular chewy udon noodles. The curly texture lifts the dipping sauce. The dipping sauce has a slightly sweet taste. Strong bonito flavor.
Thinly sliced pork is quite nice.

Lately, I feel like I've been getting more and more excited about udon.

    That’s it for Osomatsu!

Musashino udon from long ago. When you slurp it, it feels warm and nostalgic♪
A shop where a quiet and kind man will watch over you and your children with a smile.
When you order, it is slowly cooked. The slow but efficient movements are captivating.
The dish that came out was full of udon noodles, and the soup had plenty of ingredients.
When you take a sip of the firm udon noodles, you'll be soothed by how delicious they are.
It's a shop where I feel kind-hearted for some reason as I leave the shop and say, Thank you for the treats.
