Shurai is a long-established ramen restaurant located in Shiba Daimon 2-chome Daimon Urbanist, a 3-minute walk from Daimon Station on the Toei Asakusa Line.
While waiting in line, I verbally ordered ``Handmade Char Siu Noodles'' for 940 yen and waited for a while.
?
"Hand-made char siu noodles"
Inside the ramen bowl filled with plenty of brown soup, six slices of chashu pork are arranged like flower petals, green onions, and menma under the chashu. It looks delicious.
?
The noodles are extra thick curly noodles with a high water content that have a chewy texture that melts in your mouth, giving a texture that those who like thick curly noodles won't be able to resist.
?
The soup is a seafood-based soup with a hint of ginger and a refreshing soy sauce soup, with a gentle Showa-style seasoning that is quite delicious 😋
?
The thick char siu is meaty and chewy, and this one is also delicious 😋
?
If I didn't have a blood test coming up, I would have had a large bowl of noodles.
Next time I'll try the large serving of chashu wonton.
It was a feast.

Last time I had hiyashi chuka here...I can feel the change of seasons🍂

It's been a while since I've had hand-made char siu men 🍜

The food is served efficiently and the customers keep coming back, but the rotation is good and you don't have to wait that long.

The chashu noodles are served as soon as you sit at the counter, and the amount of chashu is amazing🀗

I've been eating only char siu noodles, and lately I've noticed that the char siu noodles at many restaurants are getting smaller...

The price needle, which had been stationary for 30 years, has suddenly started moving and is having an impact on various shops.

The amount of meat at this restaurant is so worrying that I am so grateful for that☺

However, the main characters of Yabari's restaurant are the refreshing soup with a great balance of dashi and kaeshi, and the extra-thick curly noodles, which are extremely delicious today as well! 🀀

When it gets a little colder, I would like to try hand-made sanmamen✚😆
