The nigiri sushi is made with red rice, and the hardness of the rice grains matches the toppings.The rice is small, and the toppings are Edomae sushi, so each piece is worked on one by one, so you can't stop eating. Since the sushi is small, you can enjoy nigiri sushi with a variety of dishes and toppings. When the restaurant is busy, the restaurant will let you know when ordering that it will take some time, so you can feel at ease and look forward to your next meal. I recommend it, but it's hard to get in as the number of customers increases.
