Snow Description

SNOW Restaurant is recognized as one of the premier innovative dining establishments in Fukuoka. Merging local ingredients with globally inspired culinary techniques, the restaurant presents a harmonious blend of authenticity and innovation.
Under the skilled guidance of Mr. Unno, the restaurant stands out not just for its exquisite dishes but also for the intimate narratives that accompany each plate. Diners are treated to detailed explanations about the origin of the ingredients, the rationale behind the chosen preparation methods, and more. First-timers, especially those unfamiliar with Nordic cuisine, are in for a delightful culinary journey.
One standout feature of the SNOW experience is the bread. Handmade with passion, Mr. Unno's bread has been heralded by many as a must-try.
Adopting a philosophy of local production for local consumption, the courses at SNOW Restaurant highlight the richness of regional produce. Guests have the flexibility to choose their seating based on their dining preferences – a cozy table for relaxed conversations or a counter seat for an up-close view of the chef's culinary dance.
The fine details extend beyond the food. The tableware, predominantly crafted from Koishiwarayaki, adds another layer of sophistication to the dining experience.
SNOW Restaurant, rooted in French and new Scandinavian cuisines, is particularly meticulous about sourcing its ingredients from Kyushu. With a penchant for bold flavors over mere delicacy, the restaurant consistently introduces fresh, original ideas, ensuring a dynamic and ever-evolving menu.

Absolutely fantastic experience. Mr Unno took the time to explain every dish - where the ingredients were from, why he chose to prepare it a certain way, etc. It was my first experience trying Nordic cuisine, and everything was delicious. Also, Mr Unno could open his own bakery if he wanted to - the homemade bread he served us was AMAZING! Also, the ‘Grand Dessert’ was an experience all in itself. Can’t wait to go again.

Translated from Japanese:
Lunch at Mr. Snow, a restaurant I've always wanted to go to. I made a reservation a month in advance!
Just opened in July 2022. A restaurant based on French cuisine and new Scandinavian cuisine. We are particular about using ingredients from Kyushu.
Lunch Course includes about 15 kinds of desserts and a full-course lunch.
At the end, a masterpiece dessert came out, and honestly, isn't it too cheap? You can spend a wonderful time with satisfaction as much as you think.
The bright and interesting chef is alone, so the food is served slowly. It started at 12:00 and enjoyed until about 15:00 ☺️ He also taught me trivia about cooking! There is no doubt that you will repeat. Thank you for the meal.

Translated from Japanese:
I think French cuisine using carefully selected ingredients from Kyushu is good.
Nordic is a training ground, a place to stop by, not a Norwegian regional cuisine restaurant, so just in case.
You can enjoy boldness rather than delicacy.
There are plenty of original ideas, and the menu is updated quickly.
It has many entertainment elements and is highly recommended.
In the future, it is expected to become even more famous shops and celebrities.
Please make a reservation after confirming store holidays.
