Absolutely fantastic experience. Mr Unno took the time to explain every dish - where the ingredients were from, why he chose to prepare it a certain way, etc. It was my first experience trying Nordic cuisine, and everything was delicious. Also, Mr Unno could open his own bakery if he wanted to - the homemade bread he served us was AMAZING! Also, the ‘Grand Dessert’ was an experience all in itself. Can’t wait to go again.
