This spot was such an unexpected joy! While only the chef spoke minor English they were happy to be patient with us and guided us through the menu. The relaxed atmosphere coupled with an open kitchen where you can watch the chef and his sous chef work in coordination made the experience not only delicious but entertaining. The special ramen broth stood out from the ramen we have had with it's extra savory meaty flavor coupled with carefully selected pork that had the texture of slow roasted chicken. The traditionally soaked eggs were by far the best we have ever had. 10/10 would recommend for those looking for authentic cuisine off the beaten path.

Love their seasonal choices, very fresh and special. Very roomy for a ramen place. Service was warm and great. Food was good. Besides ramen, must try their small bowl of rice with different toppings.
