There was a line behind us, but about 5 groups behind us saw a sign saying that today's soba was over. The store is open until 2pm, but it's probably best to line up after 12pm.
My husband, who likes to enjoy alcohol and side dishes before soba noodles, seemed satisfied with grilled miso, fried sakura shrimp, and warm sake.
For soba, I ordered Seiro and Kamo Nanban. The duck meat was tender and the fat melted into the soup, and the bamboo steamer was thin and had the flavor I liked.
The timing of the appetizers, alcohol, and soba noodles was very good, and I thought that the staff at the restaurant were in perfect harmony with each other.

I always stop by when I go to Hakone Onsen.
You'll have to wait a while, but it's delicious
You won't have to worry about waiting time.
I recommend the walnut steamer.
This is a restaurant with a relaxed atmosphere.

I think you should be prepared to wait in line during long holidays and other times when there are a lot of people.
The side menu was also delicious, so I recommend ordering alcohol when you can eat slowly.
I have posted photos of the menu on all pages, and I think it is reasonably priced.
