Small place on 2 floors, focused on soba. The ladies were very welcoming to us. Upper floor is Japanese traditional style, shoes off. They presented menu in English with several dishes. On hot day, we received cold white tea to drink. The soba noodles were very good, especially tempura set. The egg one was too soft and mushy for personal taste.

I had a different soba restaurant in mind to try but passed by this place by chance and decided to give it a try. They have tables upstairs too but was quite busy and ended up waiting for more than 40 minutes.
My choice was tempura with cold soba. It was 1,900yen and was well worth it. There were 7 pcs. of tempura and all were excellent. Lots of soba places serve great tempura and this one is no exception.
Soba was in traditional style and I enjoyed it very much. Recommended.

Charming local soba restaurant. Quite small, family run. Clearly popular with locals, you might need to wait a bit for a table. The staff spoke no English but were happy to seat us and have pictures avaible to choose from.
