This is a restaurant that I revisited because I couldn't forget the warm soba and clean atmosphere I had in winter. I still liked the atmosphere of the restaurant, which was still friendly, and the atmosphere of the restaurant, which was sophisticated, calm, and Japanese.
Since I visited in the evening, I reserved a duck stew course in advance this time. All the fresh vegetables were cooked enough just by dipping them in the broth and eating them, and the duck meat was very fresh, so it was juicy.

Kamonabe was delicious enough, but I remember the buckwheat dough that was eaten in a soup with enough juice and vegetable water of duck meat. The soba in the soup was undoubtedly excellent.

I have a good memory, so I get another precious memory from the restaurant I visited.
Perhaps, if we go to Fukuoka, we will definitely visit this restaurant again. 🥰

I almost overlooked the entrance to the store, but it has a nice and quaint entrance and interior. I got a set of small soba noodles and a small tempura bowl, and both the soba noodles and tempura bowl were delicious. The tempura rice bowl also had a lot of ingredients. The dashimaki egg was also fluffy and had plenty of dashi soup.

Recommended duck soba! A restaurant with delicious soba noodles.
However, the quantity is small, so it is better to add more when ordering first.
