A number of one-dish dishes made with care. A good bar with a shining bar sign.
The exterior looks plain, but it has a lively atmosphere that makes you feel like you'll be serving delicious drinks and food.
The interior of the store is also surrounded by the warmth of wood, and is small and relaxing.
Started with a Japanese pepper gin and tonic. This is spicy and delicious.
What I ordered was
third generation potato salad,
Iburigakko cheese,
Meat tofu from Tofu Shokudo,
Fried taro,
Fried seasonal fish and lotus root,
Stir-fried cabbage,
Finish with heshiko fried rice.
In both cases, one plate is divided between two people.
I also had some gutter beer.
Dobu beer is nigori sake mixed with beer.
Alcohol is more expensive than beer, but I found it surprisingly refreshing and easy to drink. It might be a good idea to drink it slowly to see if it goes well with the food.
Potato salad is said to be a popular dish. I've seen a soft-boiled egg on top of potato salad several times, but it's topped with an elaborate sauce or sauce, making it a dish that goes well with alcohol.
It is unclear what the third generation is.
The cabbage stir-fry is also said to be a popular dish.
I understand...
As the bar's signboard suggests, there are only dishes that will tickle the spirits of drinkers. It was a good shop and the prices were easy on the eyes.
