At first glance, the dishes may seem ordinary, but they are all gentle and full of flavor. It will seep into your body.
For example, in the mushroom chawanmushi, seven types of finely chopped mushrooms are covered with a fluffy egg custard. When you bring it close to your mouth, the first thing you notice is the rich mushroom aroma, and when you combine it with chawanmushi, it settles in your stomach and warms your body from the inside.
Fried shrimp potatoes are still small, and the fluffy and finely textured shrimp potatoes are very soothing. The slightly thickened dashi soup that gently envelops it all. That's all, but why is it so deep?
By the time the meal was served, I was already full, but I couldn't resist the temptation of the fragrant, crunchy matsutake rice. I made sure to replace it.
