There's always a queue outside but coming before noon makes it easier to get in. They serve an interesting combination of a Japanese curry with European influences. The curry is quite thick, with a lot of taste and served with an assortment of vegetables. While slightly pricy for a curry, you pay for the uniqueness and the great presentation. The ordering and paying system is all electronic so the staff doesn't handle any money

Fantastic. The Japanese and French influence is beautifully executed. Delicious. Bit pricey, but for this quality, I’m ok with it. Consider it fine dining.

It’s worth the wait and the price, this is the only curry restaurant I go to on the regular basis. Real spices, real beef, and real wine line up that goes well with the dishes they serve.

Double beef curry is highly recommended.

I tried a small portion of this restaurant's curry at the annual Koenji Curry Festival (26/11). The curry they prepared for the festival was very tasty and full of richness so I wanted to try a larger portion at the restaurant. I Arrived 6.20pm on a Wednesday and was 3rd in line for the 6.30 opening. I ordered the No1 (beef and veg, 1690yen) with a size up on the beef (290yen). It was really tasty but lacked the depth of finish that I found in the curry they served at the festival but it was still good. I found the vegetables okay but I didn't get the richness I was expecting from the soft boiled egg. More curry sauce would have been nice! I think what this restaurant is doing is really cool, and the beef and curry really hits the spot. You cant get much better than this in French/curry fusion for under 20USD.

Cozy. A bit on the expensive side, but very good. I tried the Special Curry that included savory, slow cooked pork in a kind of miso base sauce, soft boiled egg, broccoli, okra, goya, potatoes, burdock root, and cabbage. The curry dishes are all quite unique, giving me good reason to be a repeat customer.
