A restaurant where you can sit close to each other and eat at a large table, surrounded by the chef cooking the food. It's nice to be able to see everything being cooked right in front of you, and it's also nice to see the food being eaten by people sitting at other seats look delicious (lol)

This is what I received this time!

・Natural flat sea bass sashimi
The texture is chewy. It has a strong fish flavor and is well balanced with the grated grater. I was right when I started eating.

・Grilled turnip (service)
It takes time to bake, so please eat while you eat! And consideration. thank you.
A warm and gentle sweetness

・Grilled shiitake mushrooms
The freshness of properly cooked shiitake mushrooms cannot be expressed in words. delicious.

・Fried taro with rice flour
Mild and gentle taste. It's so gentle that you don't even feel like it's being fried.

・Raw Kinoshita beef steak tartare
The meat has a strong flavor. delicious. Eat it with bread as an accompaniment. Eat with vegetables. Of course it was delicious, but it was best just as is. The taste of the meat, the seasoning that complements it, is wonderful.

・Kinoshita beef consommé soup (service)
Please drink. A consommé soup with a deep flavor that is proportional to the depth of your heart.
The soup, made with only beef, water, and salt, has an indescribable depth.

・Roasted lotus root
It's crunchy and pleasant in the mouth, and the fresh lotus root soup fills your mouth. delicious.

・Kinoshita beef kushikatsu
A kushikatsu with a spicy sauce that is not allowed to be dipped twice. My first experience with good meat kushikatsu. It has a delicate taste. The sauce matched the deliciousness of the meat with just the right amount of sourness.

・Shiraito rib roast (146g)
First of all, leave it as is.
The flavor of the fat is wonderful.
It's so juicy that your mouth is filled with juices the moment you put your teeth into it, but it's not too bitter.
Adding plenty of wasabi makes it refreshing, and it's also delicious.
However, the best part was the special dipping sauce. The soy sauce from the Japanese peppercorns adds depth to the flavor of the meat. delicious.

・Chopstick rest green salad
Arugula salad has just the right amount of bitterness to reset your palate. good.

・Kinoshita beef fillet (80g)
Although the portion is thin, the flavor of the meat is strong. delicious. The combination of wasabi and a little soy sauce was good.

・Kinoshita beef hamburger
It has a meaty taste that doesn't stand up to the rich sauce.
A hamburger that you can feel delicious as soon as you put it in your mouth. Apparently, you won't be able to eat it unless the timing is right, so if you see it, order it!

Not only is the meat delicious, but the onions are crunchy, sweet, and delicious. The food is prepared on the spot, so you can fully enjoy the flavor of the ingredients. If I could be selfish, freshly cooked rice would be perfect.

A simple small plate of vegetables that brings out the flavor and texture of the ingredients themselves. Among them, I can't forget the grilled lotus roots, grilled shiitake mushrooms, and Nagasaki red turnips.

I was happy to be able to choose the cut of meat, gram, and degree of grilling that I wanted. We also recommend the hamburgers with attractive sauces.

I came in expecting it to be a meat restaurant, but as the name suggests, I was surprised at how delicious all the small dishes were. The staff was very knowledgeable about meat and was willing to give me detailed advice.
Since there is only a counter, it may not be suitable for situations where multiple people are eating and drinking in peace. It may be a place where you can enjoy delicious food and alcohol face-to-face.
