I think the location, taste, price, atmosphere, and service are all a good balance. The dishes were elaborate. I almost want a second helping of mushroom soup (lol)

It's not a great night view, but you can see the night view, so I think the side you can see is Kamiza. So, in the case of escort, I think it's a good idea to deal with the important partner on the front side and ask the person which is better if necessary.

It may be slightly narrow between the seats. I can hardly hear the next seat conversation, but if you are worried, there seems to be a private room (paid), so it may be good to consider it.

It was a very elegant French lunch course.
I was able to enjoy my meal very slowly as it felt like a hideaway✨
We also had wine and beer to go with our meals.
The staff's response was wonderful, and the appetizers were very nice and detailed, which made me excited.
I'm not one to eat a lot myself, but I felt that the amount was not enough.

I love Ginza so I would like to visit there again.

Once in a while, I decided to indulge in a French restaurant in Ginza!
The night view of Ginza seen from the luxurious interior was so wonderful!
I made a reservation in advance

[Chef’s selection course] Chef’s carefully selected ingredients, 11 items in total

◾️Ibaraki Prefecture Hitachiota City Vegetables and Wagyu Corned Beef
Ginkgo biloba and autumn leaves were on the plate, giving me a sense of the season. The seasonal vegetables mixed with the jelly have a fresh and elegant flavor.
    ◾️Caviar tart
A dish that combines rich mascarpone, crispy crackers, and salty caviar to create an exquisite flavor.

◾️Sanriku Returned Bonito and Autumn Eggplant Romesco Espuma
There are different sauces on the top and bottom of the bonito. The autumn eggplant sauce is delicious, and the nut sauce on top is also delicious. The bonito is also slightly grilled around the edges, so it's delicious.
◾️Kyoto Nanaya duck and foie gras brioche burger
The mini hamburger wrapped in cute paper with an illustration of a duck has a playful and exciting feel to it, and there's also a bit of apple jam inside, which goes well with the duck patty.
    ◾️specialité 14-day fermented mushroom potage
The restaurant's recommended soup. Homemade fermented mushrooms are made into a soup using a blender, and fresh mushroom slices are placed on top, creating a slightly sour potage and a hot spring egg inside, making this a wonderful dish that allows you to change the flavor as you go. It was delicious!
    ◾️ Rich matsutake mushroom risotto
This dish also comes with abalone, and you can enjoy the rich flavor of matsutake mushrooms.
◾️Sautéed lobster with palette of colorful vegetables
The juicy lobster and colorful sauce are beautiful and delicious for both the eyes and the tongue.
    ◾️Japanese black beef fillet mignon
Made with Akita beef and Kuroge Wagyu beef. As expected from a famous French restaurant! The meat is tender, and the fried burdock sprinkled with miso powder and grilled grapes go well with the meat!
◾️Ice sweets made from seasonal fruits
Cute pear ice cream. It's refreshing and delicious. A dish that women will enjoy
◾️Chestnut and macaron cream with roasted green tea sauce
The rich cream and roasted green tea sauce have just the right amount of sweetness and go well. This also comes with leaf-shaped sweets, making it very stylish.
    ◾️Coffee or tea

    ◾️Homemade bread
I received 2 types. Both were freshly baked and soft. The bread with mushrooms mixed in was so chewy and delicious that I had to get a second helping.

Overall, the food was excellent and the staff were attentive, making it a pleasant meal from beginning to end.
It's a restaurant that doesn't skimp on the details, as you can see that they warm up hot dishes, and chill dishes for cold desserts.

Today we had lunch in Ginza. I had previously visited a related store in Nishiazabu and had a very good impression of it, so I decided to give it a try this time.
It's on the 8th floor of a building in Ginza, and it looks like most of this building contains restaurants.
The course I received was as follows.

    Petit Lunch
Ibaraki Prefecture vegetables and Wagyu corned beef, chicken consomme jelly
Tokiwa Ota City Vegetables Wagyu Corned Beef

Sanriku-returned bonito and autumn eggplant with romesco sauce
