The sake is super cheap imo and strong, try the sparkling sake.
The heart and stomach was chewy but still flavorful.
Towards the end they offered rice with beef and kept on refilling if we wanted which was very nice of them.
Keep in mind this was a $200 experience per person. I think it was fully worth it.

Started with the squid sashimi which I was never a fan of but this place changed my mind.
Then came the tartar which made me sure that whats coming is going to be extraordinary.
The menu changing so its not always the same cuts but what we got was just perfect. Starting with three different muscles of beef tongue to skirt steak to cheek to Striploin and much more every single cut was respected and cooked and served in a way that made it even better.
Even the side of salad with a sharp vinaigrette or the rich bone broth are just perfect in any way you think of.
Make sure that you book at the counter the chef is just a humble and amazing guy.
There are a lot of great restaurants out there but when you leave a restaurant with a memory and a lesson you know that the place was extraordinary.
