If it's difficult to make reservations, go to Sumi-ya.
They will handle live squid!
Crunchy and extremely fresh! It was sweet and awesome☆
It was also delicious~
The sushi rice was black with squid ink, making it interesting and different from the sushi I usually eat.
All the dishes are exquisite! It also goes great with Japanese sake.
After drinking and eating, I thought the quality and price was reasonable.
The personality of the proprietress and the atmosphere of the shop combined to make it a special time.
This is a restaurant with only 6 seats at the counter (^ ^)
My friend is a regular customer and I was lucky enough to come to this shop ☆
I don't know where the store is the first time I come here lol
It also feels like a hideout (o^^o)

When it comes to sushi that is difficult to reserve at supermarkets, it is Sumi and San.
The other day, I was invited by a friend who is a gourmet to visit for the first time.

This is a sushi restaurant that specializes in squid, so the freshness of the squid is impeccable. It's a wonderful squid that's fresh and crunchy, and you can tell when you see it. Also, the nigiri wasn't amazing, but it was delicious.

Also, the cost performance is amazing! I ate well and drank sake and ended up spending around 10,000 yen. Although the interior is not very fashionable, you can eat sushi with friends at a good price, and the owner is friendly and nice. Thank you for the meal. If I can go again, I would definitely like to go.

A famous restaurant in Osaka that is difficult to get reservations for. I've wanted to go for a long time and I finally got to go!

Everything is exquisite, including the famous squid shaped. For sushi, we use special sushi rice mixed with squid ink. It was delicious and the characteristic fishy taste disappeared.

The landlady was also very kind and we had a great time. I drank a lot of alcohol and the omakase course was about 10,000 yen. Considering the quality, I felt it was quite reasonable. I would like to go again if I have a chance.
