Sunshine Cruise Cruise Review Summary

We ordered the Lunchset on weekdays (3300yen) and add 880yen for afternoon tea set. All the food were nicely prepared and tasted amazing. The view was perfect and we got a private since we made an appointment online. I heard a private room is only available for 4 people and above. The service was excellent! The waiter kindly explained to us each dishes. I highly recommend this restaurant for people who want to enjoy an affordable fine dining with a view.

We went here for a late Christmas lunch (26th instead of 25th) cuz I booked way too late and was only able to secure a window side table on the 26th. Don’t be like me and book early!

The food, service, view were all amazing! Price is quite reasonable too considering the whole dining experience. I had 4 servings of their bread because it was so delicious.

I mentioned that I was pregnant so they were able to make sure there was no raw ingredients in the food and even suggested herb tea instead of the normal coffee or black tea selection.

Loved our experience here! Would definitely recommend for a nice date!

There are not many places in Ikebukuro that can seat more than 100 people
The view is nice because it's a Sunshine building, but there were several groups of the same kind of people at other tables - separated by partitions - at the same party
So even in the open kitchen, they were just repeating the same process of preparing and serving the set menu, and at least the pasta and pizza were at the level of a very ordinary, cheap buffet restaurant.
Perhaps there are not many people who expect good food from a place or occasion like this.

Great atmosphere and decent food with reasonable price. However, please send the manager (a half-bald, slightly older male) for training! He has a poor service attitude. In contrast, the waiter serving our table was perfect.
