[Akihabara] “Sushi Akiha”
A sushi restaurant located right next to Akihabara Station and Suehirocho Station.
Akihabara doesn't have the image of sushi, but I was curious about this restaurant because it was so popular that it was hard to get a reservation.

The inside of the store is quite compact with 6 seats at the counter.
Seating from 6pm. Of course it was full. We start all at once.

Omakase course (13,200 yen)
Approximately 24 snacks to choose from? There were a lot of items.

The snacks start with fava beans and mozuku vinegar.
“Homemade Shirasu Okizuke” was my favorite snack! It's an addictive seasoning.
I want to pair it with Japanese sake. I want two more.

“Seafood salad”
This is a salad with homemade dressing, which is rare at a sushi restaurant. It's loaded with plenty of raw fish, and the chewy texture of the tobikko is an accent!

About 13 pieces of nigiri were served.
I like sushi restaurants that serve a lot of nigiri.
From the first piece, I was captivated by the fatty and impactful broiled fatty tuna.
Although the nigiri is relatively small, the balance is good and you can feel the unity of the toppings and shari.
The form is also beautiful! !

Edomae Kohada has just the right amount of fat and sourness.
The nigiri is sturdy, and even the small nigiri brings out the maximum flavor of the toppings, and the careful workmanship shines through.

The attractive thing about Japanese sake is that you can enjoy it for 700 yen for 90ml.
The course progresses at a comfortable tempo, and the stay is about 90 minutes. Clear accounting.
Both price and quality were good!
He doesn't talk much but shows off his work. No wonder it's a popular store!
The satisfaction is amazing in this price range.
recommendation!

Enjoy the new Edomae sushi at “Sushi Akira”

The owner, who worked at a top sushi restaurant in Akasaka, serves Edomae sushi that combines tradition and innovation.
We offer an ``Omakase Course'' that makes use of only carefully selected seasonal ingredients, and the chef himself purchases the best natural ingredients from the Toyosu Market. This increases expectations even more.

The interior of the restaurant offers a warm atmosphere with a spacious seating arrangement, comfortable chairs, and indirect lighting, and from the counter seats, you can enjoy the chef's cooking performance up close.

[Omakase course]
◆Noresore (juvenile conger eel)
◆Fava beans
◆Firefly squid namerou (Toyama)
◆Firefly squid sake thief (Toyama)
◆Bean liver soup
◆Seafood salad
◆Charcoal-grilled Spanish Mackerel (Maizuru, Kyoto Prefecture)
◆New ginger/gari sprouts
◆Seafood chawanmushi topped with Bafun sea urchin (Nemuro, Hokkaido)
◆Chu Toro (Aomori Oma)
◆Nodoguro (Toyama)
◆Kohada (Kumamoto Amakusa)
◆Natural red sea bream (Akashi)
◆White clam (Aizu)
◆ Pickled red tuna
◆Surf clam (Hokkaido)
◆Natural tiger shrimp (Aichi)
◆Simmered conger eel (Nagasaki)

Each dish, including extremely fresh sushi, grilled dishes, and bowl dishes, takes full advantage of the characteristics of the ingredients, and the sushi rice uses Yokoi Jozo's red vinegar to bring out the flavor of the toppings.
The chef's traditional cooking techniques, using salt and vinegar, bring out the essence of the ingredients, and his quiet yet impressive craftsmanship captivates the onlookers.

The experience at Sushi Akira was more than just a meal. It is an art-like time that perfectly combines Japanese traditional culture and the general's passion.
Each plate not only looks beautiful, but also has an exquisite balance and depth of flavor, making you feel like a work of art blooming on your tongue.

The chef's sincere attitude toward his handiwork and respect for the ingredients can be felt through each dish.
As a place where you can easily enjoy authentic Edomae sushi, it provided a wonderful and memorable experience.
Thank you very much, and thank you for the meal♪

I made a reservation a long time ago and was looking forward to it!

It's along the road and the entrance is here, right? ! feeling

The entrance is stylish and cool 👍

Here we go! !

2-part system with 6 counter seats

First, roll the pressed sushi in a hand-rolled style.

I'm heartbroken at this point

The scent of seaweed and the seasoning of soy sauce are both good👍👍👍

After that, the knobs come out at a good pace.

It's time-based so even if you want to eat slowly, it comes out more and more lol

Seasonal fava beans and young bamboo shoots are also good.

Be sure to try sake with the dish of white shrimp topped with sake thief.

I was surprised that all the sake was 700 yen.

Alcohol is cheap overall! ! !

Small sushi rice mixed with red vinegar and salt

Maybe that's why I thought it wouldn't be salty based on the soy sauce used, but everything was just right! ! ! ! !

Even though I am a picky person, it was very delicious.

Is it because the skin of Japanese mackerel is slightly burnt?

The bitterness from the charring added to the flavor and made it even more delicious!

The general was very pleasant and cheerful (maybe because I was talking to him?) and we had a very comfortable and fun time!

It has become one of the stores I want to come back to! !

It was really delicious!

Thank you for the meal🙏♥

16,500 yen including all-you-can-drink!
Authentic sushi with good value for money.

It is about 5 minutes from Akihabara and Suehirocho.
Just a short distance from Ginza, you can get such great prices.
Will it change? ! This is a shop that surprised me.

Overall, the ingredients are thick and voluminous.
It will fill you up.
When I hear that the meat is thick, I am more concerned about the taste.
very impressive.
It's very soft, and I feel like they bring out the unique characteristics of each ingredient to the utmost, allowing you to enjoy the taste, texture, and aroma at their best.
Is delicious.
It's the perfect balance of texture and ripeness.
In particular, the Nodoguro looks like a Toro.
It was melt-in-the-mouth and the most delicious nodoguro I've ever eaten.

The cost performance is too good.
For those using the Ginza Line or JR
Even just a short train ride from Ginza
You can enjoy delicious sushi and alcohol to your heart's content at prices that are much different from those in Ginza.
I think it's very useful and good to know.

By the owner of Akasaka's top sushi restaurant.
An Edomae sushi restaurant that can be used for various occasions.

The material is also available at Michelin restaurants.
Made with rare ingredients, red vinegar, and seaweed.

The general has experience working with successive prime ministers in the past.

Only one omakase course.
Includes dishes and nigiri made with seasonal ingredients.
Approximately 23 items will be offered.

Start by serving the snacks.
The nigiri that follows, especially the tuna, is exquisite, and the medium-fatty fatty tuna and pickled red meat are recommended!

The general held it in front of me.
Carefully while enjoying the live feeling
Can you explain each of them?
You can have a very enjoyable meal time.

We are particular about Japanese sake, so it is irresistible for alcohol lovers.
It's great that they always have a lineup.

Nowadays, there is a growing polarization between high-end restaurants and casual sushi restaurants.
The price range and space design are just right.
This is a very easy to use store.
