Love the novelty in thought behind the dishes as well as the order of the dishes here. Uni was served in a broth and later in a sushi roll; red fish was served upfront instead of the whites. Chef’s creative spin was refreshing without compromising on the fundamentals - a truly enjoyable experience. And we also had a really nice sake recommendation to go with our dishes too!

This was the best omakase experience I had! All the courses were fantastic, and all the best types of fish that you want to try. There were no bad courses and it was the perfect amount of food. It was a visual production of excellence, a joy to watch the 3 man team operate and the head chef put together such simple and elegant dishes. I loved every minute and highly recommend!
