I've been curious about this since my Ebisu days.
“SUSHI BAR MUGEN∞” couldn’t make a reservation!
For some reason I didn't post...so I'm posting at quite a different time.
I visited you after moving from Ebisu to Roppongi!
Is Roppongi 1-chome closer? It was about a 5 minute walk.
There is an entrance at the back of the OPEN BAR-like space.
It looks like a secret door♡⃛
You can enjoy sushi in an interior designed like a bar (*^^*)
The course is only 5,000 yen! ! No, I'm surprised.
But don't underestimate me, I put in a lot of effort.
A lot of wonderful stories came out (๑✧ꈊ✧๑) Kiran✧
By the way, there is also an 8,000 yen course that includes 4 additional snacks.
That might be more recommended.
We ended up adding snacks as well (゚゚゚)woo (。。)ノ
This restaurant seems to be particular about the origin of the ingredients.
My favorites were sardine and grunt ♡♡
And low-temperature cooked red bean liver.
This is dangerous. I could drink it endlessly (lol)
I mean, did you drink 9 different types? www
By the way, the rice is hard. Vinegar is gentle.
My favorite one.
~Omakase course~ 5,000 yen including tax

5 minutes walk from Ebisu Station east exit
A secret sushi restaurant that operates in a rented space outside of bar hours, which is like a hideaway.
The young chef who served sushi to the world's millionaires at a Michelin-starred restaurant in New York will make it for you.
We want young people who have never eaten sushi at a counter to be able to enjoy it easily, so we set the price at a very reasonable price of 5,000 yen for 12 sushi pieces + tamagoyaki.
It's a pretty small store with only 6 seats, but it can be reserved for up to 4 people, so it's a nice space where you can easily use it with friends and have a lively conversation.
It's hard to find a place in Tokyo where you can get delicious sushi rice made with red vinegar and delicious toppings made with extra effort at this price.
While high-end restaurants are becoming popular in Tokyo, I'm very happy to find a casual sushi restaurant in this price range.
It was a great satisfaction! Thank you for the meal!

At Sushi Bar, where you can enjoy sushi and music, the young chef will happily entertain you with sushi.
This restaurant is easy to use even for people who have never tried sushi before.
It's recommended as it's quite affordable, with a course of nigiri and appetizers and drinks costing just over 10,000 yen per person.
This is one of the stores I would like to continue using.

I made a reservation for the King course which includes 12 pieces of sushi and 4 pieces of egg bowl.
It used to be 8,000 yen excluding tax, but it will be 9,000 yen from April 2023.
Personally, I think 9,000 yen is quite cheap.
Beer was 800 yen for a small 334ml bottle, and sake was 900 yen for a glass.
It's a little expensive for people who drink a lot.
It looks like a bar, but the work and taste of the sushi is reliable.
The tuna was sold by Yamayuki, a famous wholesaler.
If you have room in your stomach, we recommend adding red bean liver roll.
This gout roll is truly melt-in-your-mouth.

I was surprised by the texture of the low-temperature cooked pork liver. Smooth like pudding 🍮. Looks like it will be eaten by Infinity∞.
The low temperature cooking of the oysters was also amazing. Tightly packed meat and rich oyster flavor. I like it better than raw oysters.
The trotak roll was very rich and delicious.
The nigiri is still quite small, cooked hard, and has red vinegar, but the seasoning is just right.
The third floor of this shop will be converted into a sauna, and is expected to be completed around summer. The flow of sauna → sushi 🍣 looks fun!
