I visited with a friend for the first time the other day, and it was a very comfortable space, and we had a really wonderful time.
The chef's creative ideas came out one after another, and they were all delicious.
I would like to visit you again!

By appointment only. A special private space.
Eating while having a conversation with the chef behind the counter is the best.

My favorite sushi restaurant in Niigata has opened in Ginza, so I went there for lunch with my daughter. The Niigata Furumachi store has a dark and mature atmosphere, but the Ginza store has a bright and sophisticated image. For lunch, you can choose between 10 pieces for 3,000 yen and 15 pieces for 5,000 yen. Even my daughter, who is in the first year of junior high school, could eat 15 pieces in one go, so I definitely recommend the latter. Of course, miso soup comes with it. It's definitely delicious! Of course, the properly prepared toppings are delicious, but the light sushi rice was held in such a gentle manner that I thought, Ah, this is it. This time, I couldn't find sea urchin or salmon roe, but the crunchy abalone and greasy red-throat fish were amazing. Next time I would like to visit you at night. I was also happy that the general remembered my face. It was a feast.
