There are two rotations for lunch at 11:30 and 13:00.
Since it was my first time, I had an omakase course with 3 dishes and 10 pieces of nigiri.
After all, eating sushi at the counter has a live feel and is fun. I ended up asking a lot of pointless questions out of curiosity.
It was a very comfortable shop with the gentle and friendly personality of the owner and other staff. Of course it's delicious.

There is a famous sushi restaurant in Takatsu, Kawasaki.
The owner is a friendly sushi chef from Yamagata, and a true chef!
Our unrelenting dedication to how we can provide ingredients in the best condition will make our repeat customers groan!
The seasonal menu is prepared with a lot of effort and effort in the Edomae style.
Reservations are required, but this is a restaurant you'll want to visit with your loved ones on a special day.

First visit on weekdays from 13:00. The toppings were thick and the sushi rice was well-seasoned with red vinegar.I had the lunch nigiri and additional black kelp. I was at work, so it was hard not being able to drink alcohol. lol
