The 13-pieces Omakase lunch is a fantastic deal. All the dishes are fresh and delicious. It's awesome watching the talented chef in action. The timing between courses is spot on, with a personalized touch for each diner, and everything flows smoothly. And to top it off, the green tea pudding is a perfect way to end the meal.

This place has multiple branches, and today I visited the main one in Ginza. I had to wait a bit even though I had made a reservation beforehand (don’t forget to reserve or you might miss out). Most diners here are tourists, so the staff speaks English, albeit a bit funny. We conversed in Japanese, and even the chef joined in with his cute jokes. Unlike some omakase places, the atmosphere here isn’t uptight. Sushi in Japan is always satisfying so I don’t have to say much. The fish is incredibly fresh, and the uni is a must-try, served in two delightful ways that will leave you feeling satisfied. Make sure to reserve your seat at least two months in advance (thankfully, famous restaurants now have English websites for easy reservations—no need to struggle with kanji).

Great quality sushi, actually the best I have had. It is a tachigui (stand and eat) restaurant. All orders are done on a digital screen so you will know what you have to pay in advance. When it comes to value for money, this is definitely a great place. The sushi rice was made with black vinegar and was really tasty. The fish quality was just amazing! Really recommend all the variants of the tuna 😋 They also serve draft craft beer, which suited the sushi perfectly.
