From the Shibuya side of the Hanzomon Line, exit the ticket gate and go to Exit 1. Go out the exit and go right, 2 blocks over and immediately on the right. Entered Just at 11:30. There are two people, the general in the back and the second in line in the front. The general manager is in charge of 6 people at the counter, and the second person is in charge of 1 person at the counter and 2x2 private rooms. Everyone on the general's side seems to be regulars except for me.

Time passes at a leisurely pace. The owner starts grinding wasabi about 5 minutes after the restaurant opens. Once finished, process the bonito. We'll start holding at around 11:45. Until then, I'll be drinking beer while snacking on edamame beans, and using knives and nigiri as an accompaniment to the sake. It's fast once you get the hang of it.

About 30 minutes after I started making sushi, I had 10 kan, and another 40 minutes later I had 12 kan, for a total of 22 kan (General, aren't you making a mistake with the number of kan? lol) After that, in 15 minutes, I had dried gourd rolls, eggs, and miso soup. Checkout is at 1:25 p.m.

The toppings are thick and chewy. Is there any mature material? The texture of the sushi and the amount of wasabi are perfect. The salty taste of the sushi went well with it. Only the mackerel had a strong taste of salt and vinegar, but the rest had no unpleasant odor and was excellent. I especially liked the sticky medium fatty tuna, the elegant horse mackerel, and the carefully processed yellowfin tuna. Both the eggs and dried gourd are delicious.

By the way, on the reservation site Toreta,
~Lunch Omakase~
1 piece of pick, 15 pieces of nigiri, scroll, bowl
There is a description. I'm surprised that it has come so far.

I'll visit you again at noon. I made a reservation 2 months after the website. After that, I will make a reservation for the evening session. It was a wonderful time. Thank you for the meal.

Visited Sushi Hidetora in the Hanzomon Station area.
The nearest station is Hanzomon Station, but I walked there for about 10 minutes from Nagatacho Station.

This time, two people came to the store for a work dinner.
Reservations can be made up to two months in advance, and it seems to be a popular restaurant that you won't be able to get in unless you make a reservation.

Dinner is open from 18:00, and there are counter seats and private room seats.
Although it is not possible to specify a seat, this time we were guided to a private room 🎉

On the menu, only drinks can be ordered individually, and all dishes can be ordered as a course.

The person I visited with this time was quite knowledgeable about gourmet food, and he said that this is the only place in Tokyo where you can eat this kind of quality food at this price!

Just when the hurdle was really high, we were served 9 types of snacks, then miso soup, then sushi!
In between servings of sushi, specialties such as scallops and spring rolls are served.

The hurdle was already high, but all the flavors were delicious enough to easily overcome the high hurdle 😭
The soy sauce was placed on the table and was of the type you apply with a brush, making it easy to eat!
It took about 3.5 hours to finish the entire course meal while drinking sake and oolong tea! lol

The reason for this is not only because the staff can accommodate our meal pace, but also because the portions are large!
Considering the amount of food, the atmosphere inside the restaurant, and the quality of the food, I feel very satisfied 🙆👌

It's truly a hidden gem! !

As for customer service, the owner and staff were all very kind, and they carefully explained the dishes and adjusted the strength of the alcohol, so it was perfect!

I went home in a good mood and immediately made my next reservation 👍
This time I used it for dinner, so next time I will visit for lunch!

Highly recommended for anyone looking for a sushi restaurant in the Hanzomon area! !

It takes about 3-4 minutes from Hanzomon Station Exit 1. It is a complete reservation system, and the next month's reservation slot will be released on the 1st of every month. Lately, it has become difficult to make reservations, so you need to plan your reservations accordingly.

This time I used it during dinner time (starting at 18:00). The only menu available is the omakase (13,200 yen), and the price has gone up a little since last year.

This is a restaurant that only serves omakase and will fill you up, so please prepare your stomach and keep your spirits up. I feel sick to my stomach at the end of every episode (including this one) and I faint in agony. Many women stop mid-way.

In terms of the balance between quantity, quality, and price, I think it's a pretty good value for money store.
