This was a 2 hour experience. Each roll was hand made in front of you and delivered with an explanation.
Definitely on the pricey side. This is more than amazing food but a wonderful experience!

Hojo-san and his wife are excellent hosts, and the taste of the sushi is superb. Ingredients, including the rice and vinegar, and execution would deserve one or two Michelin stars. He speaks very good English and went beyond to explain the dishes. Place is impeccably clean and well lit. The atmosphere, as well as the dishwares and music, fits very well with the dishes. He used a mask and applied all recommended measures for these times.
Price-value is exceptional (around 12k yen for omakase), I'd say even better than some Michelin starred sushi places in Tokyo.
Definitively recommended, and will most likely return next time I am Tokyo.
