Top tier Omakase spot. Note that you MUST make a reservation! Best place to do so is on GMO online and use Google translate to peruse the options. This was a 2 hour 20 course Omakase set up by a 3 star michelin omakase sushi chef. And let me tell you, this place does not disappoint. Make sure to come early! You are great right away by the staff who promptly seat you, take your jacket and offer you a warm towel. The sake options are incredible and I highly recommend to order some such as Fire and Ash which pair well with the entire course. The chef makes ample use of REAL wasabi, not the colored horseradish stuff that we are used to and it is unbelievably mild. Let your senses guide this amazing experience.

Well taken care of by Chef Takuro Shimizu and a lady sommelier who recommends great sake to pair our food. Great food, great service.

The place however is a bit hard to locate. It’s at the 40th floor of bvlgari hotel.

Chef Shimizu and team created a world class omakase experience in such a beautiful hotel!

By chance, I went there for an omakase lunch.
Each piece of sushi made from bluefin tuna from Oarai, precious fish, and deep-sea fish is irresistibly delicious👍
The staff, led by Mr. Shimizu in front of the restaurant, provided detailed explanations and chatted with us as we ate our meals, and it was great to enjoy the delicious food while having a friendly chat with the only 8 people seated at the counter.
The key to why the sushi was so delicious was not only the sushi, but also the staff's service.
I recommend all of them. Please come and visit us at least once.

As expected, it's the Bvlgari Hotel. This shop is on the 40th floor, and I got lost from the building to the entrance lol

The floor is typical of Bvlgari, with dim lighting, high ceilings, and a very luxurious feel with no unnecessary decorations. I get excited. The store also has very high ceilings and feels very spacious. I think there were about 10 seats at the counter. This restaurant is a collaboration with Fukuoka's Sushi Gyoten. Therefore, the name is clearly included in the store name.

Personally, I was impressed by the tuna, squid, and prawns.

We also have wonderful staff who are knowledgeable about Japanese sake, and will be happy to introduce you to the sushi that will be served soon.

Shinsei Sake Brewery has a rich lineup of Japanese sake, and personally, I can enjoy just this one.

Thank you for the meal.
