The place however is a bit hard to locate. It’s at the 40th floor of bvlgari hotel.

Each piece of sushi made from bluefin tuna from Oarai, precious fish, and deep-sea fish is irresistibly delicious👍
The staff, led by Mr. Shimizu in front of the restaurant, provided detailed explanations and chatted with us as we ate our meals, and it was great to enjoy the delicious food while having a friendly chat with the only 8 people seated at the counter.
The key to why the sushi was so delicious was not only the sushi, but also the staff's service.
I recommend all of them. Please come and visit us at least once.

The floor is typical of Bvlgari, with dim lighting, high ceilings, and a very luxurious feel with no unnecessary decorations. I get excited. The store also has very high ceilings and feels very spacious. I think there were about 10 seats at the counter. This restaurant is a collaboration with Fukuoka's Sushi Gyoten. Therefore, the name is clearly included in the store name.
Personally, I was impressed by the tuna, squid, and prawns.
We also have wonderful staff who are knowledgeable about Japanese sake, and will be happy to introduce you to the sushi that will be served soon.
Shinsei Sake Brewery has a rich lineup of Japanese sake, and personally, I can enjoy just this one.
