Sushi Kiitsu Description
Sushi Kitsu, located in the heart of Ningyocho, Tokyo, offers a delightful experience of authentic Edomae sushi at reasonable prices. Situated just a minute's walk from Ningyocho Station on the Oedo Line, this sushi restaurant on the 5th floor of the M's Cross Ningyocho building is a hidden gem for sushi enthusiasts.
What sets Sushi Kiitsu apart is its use of red vinegar in the shari (sushi rice) to create traditional Edomae sushi. The restaurant prides itself on sourcing premium, carefully selected seafood from famous wholesalers at Tsukiji Market, including fresh, natural bluefin tuna, offered from as low as 80 yen per piece. The menu also boasts a variety of appetizers to complement the sushi, along with a selection of rare sake to enhance the dining experience.
The cozy ambiance of Sushi Kiitsu, opened in July 2023, captures the nostalgic charm of old Edo in Ningyocho. Guests can savor signature dishes like the lean red meat of natural bluefin tuna for 380 yen per piece or the tender, generously portioned simmered anago (conger eel). The restaurant also offers an array of rare sake labels to pair perfectly with the sushi selection. Whether dining solo or with friends and family, Sushi Kiitsu invites you to indulge in an authentic Edomae sushi experience that is both affordable and memorable.

It tastes best when you drink fresh clams with Ichiban dashi and sake.
I ordered just one shellfish nigiri and it was normal with no additions.
Yamayuki Recommended tuna as delicious and ordered tuna, lean, medium fatty, and large fatty tuna.
The tuna was exceptionally delicious and I ordered additional medium and large fatty tuna. The sea urchin has no bitterness but lacks sweetness, which is disappointing, and the sea urchin sea urchin is the most expensive.
I wonder why?
When you eat it, you'll understand the taste, and the aroma and rich umami of the searing make it worth eating.

This is a sushi restaurant on the 5th floor of Hashigoro in Ningyocho.
Since it's located in a restaurant area, I think it's great that you can feel free to come in by yourself without it being too difficult to enter.
◎ Menu
Omakase Nigiri 5,500 yen
Comes with 11 pieces of nigiri, 1 egg, 1 roll, and a bowl
You can enjoy high-quality toppings such as lean fatty tuna, sea urchin, striped horse mackerel, and prawns.
That's a whopping 5,500 yen! That's surprising, isn't it?
I feel like it could cost twice as much.
This is the restaurant you want to go to when you want to eat delicious food at a good price!

It was especially delicious that I received the fatty tuna with salt. I want to come back again.
But it's hot near the entrance...
It cost about 7,000 yen for about 10 pieces per person.
Lunch was also very good value so I will visit again.
