Particularly three of the dishes were extremely delicious: the one with prawns, the sea urchin, and the oyster. I will remember forever the feelings I had when I ate them.
The others were all delicious and special, beautifully presented.
The chef and all the staff were kind and very disciplined. A great orchestra at work.
Sake was very nice too.
Thank you!!!

The restaurant has three set menu options, starting at ¥12000. The sushi selection is good, but it didn’t feature any real surprises in our opinion - and in Ginza there are many sushi restaurants that can top this one.
That said, the preparation was excellent and especially the mix of sushi was very good.
An interesting oddity is that the restaurant doesn’t have a sake list. Instead, the master recommends a “sake of the day“. Not our cup of tea as we enjoy trying different kinds of sake while dining.
All in all a very pleasant dining experience.

Simply put, the food was some of the best I have ever had and I worry that I will never enjoy sushi like that ever again.
The service was impeccable. Two lovely wait staff looking over the entire experience the whole time.
Chef Kiyoshi, his talent and dedication to his craft left me in awe. He answered all of my partners silly questions too.
Thank you for an incredible and unforgettable experience.
