he explained every dish and every sake pairing in detail. he incorporated some fusion elements in his courses. once you are done with the sushi course, you get placed in a separate room to quietly enjoy your dessert.
his place is up in the second floor in a nondescript building 3 min walk from to the train station, don't miss it.

18 courses for a little over 15,000 yen - what a deal! The sushi was brilliant and included a few courses which were the creation of the chef and were the ones I enjoyed the most. If you are used to typical omakase, you would enjoy this experience where you get to try new things!
My favorites was the whitefish spring roll, bluefin tuna, and dessert course. But everything was absolutely amazing and well thought out.
Chef is super friendly and speaks english! Reservation is easy via tabelog (their ig is @sushi_kunimitsu).
