By chance, I made a reservation the day before. The ingredients, the rice, and everything that came out was perfect. I understand why you can't make reservations. All of them were super A-ranked, but conger eel, salmon roe, and tiger prawns were the top three. The prawn crackers made from prawn heads were also very delicious. I'll do my best to make a reservation and go again! The final egg looks completely different depending on whether you use the flash or not.

A restaurant that is difficult to make reservations for
Lucky visit at the invitation of a friend♪
Everything from the freshly made sushi to the dessert is delicious, and the service is served at a very good pace, so the drinks go very well.
The nigiri has a good balance of toppings and shari, and each topping is carefully crafted and consistently delicious.
We have a wide selection of alcoholic beverages, including sake and wine, and the sommelier will choose the one that best matches your meal, so you don't have to worry.
I had a great time. Thank you for the meal!

A great course with plenty of volume
The large and delicious sushi rice, the wonderful flavor and aroma of seaweed, and the toppings sourced from Toyosu are all wonderful...
The general's skills have improved and everything is better than before.
Furthermore, the snacks changed dramatically with the addition of a younger brother.
It is at a level that can be considered a high-end Japanese restaurant.
The sommelier's service, who can help you with pairings to go with your sushi, is also excellent, and the restaurant has transformed into a restaurant that is on a different level than before.
Thank you to the organizers for holding such a wonderful private party!
