One of my favorite Sushi restaurant in Roppongi. What's great about it is that it's near my house! 13 pieces of sushi for 8000 yen, it's a great deal for the quality. Depending on the sashimi, the chef changes the type of rice, from regular sushi rice to red vinegar sushi rice. The ginger was homemade and was so delicious. The uni was the best uni I've ever had in my life. They prepare it using an oven. It's located on the first floor and pretty spacious. I'd say about 20 people can fit at once. Some say it's intimidating to come here for their first time, but I didn't get that feeling at all. I was even able to ask questions about the sushi and they answered to politely. It was pretty easy to make reservations as well. If you're looking for a good sushi place in Tokyo, I highly recommend here.

Should be a 5-star but we waited almost 50 minutes from our reservation time (8pm). They put us in a private room and brought out lots of food and drinks to us.
All the chefs seemed very busy and one head chef that prepares the sushi in the center of a 13-seater restaurant.
We had 4 different sakes during our 4-hour meal. The sushi was very fresh. Fun experience with the other guests in the restaurant!
