We can enjoy standing sushi at Edo period style sushi bar. If you have a good luck , you can enjoy very precious parts of tuna. Cheek , jaws and brain. These parts can obtain 10-20 pieces from one big tuna. It’s amazingly delicious . Cash payment only.

Outstanding. I’ve been to the market several times and this is the place that I keep going back to.

It’s a small unassuming standing sushi stall that fits about four people. Menu options are in Japanese and straight forward. Get the set.

Amazing taste and great value. Do not miss out on this place

The restaurant offers menu sets that are particularly friendly to tourists who may not know Japanese, like myself. The sushi served was fresh and delicious. The chef, though not fluent in English, rarely spoke during the meal, but that was not an issue. It's important to note that the restaurant can only accommodate a maximum of four people and has a standing area only.

Incredible experience.
It’s a small standing sushi stall, but the quality of the food was mind blowing.
The 中トロ was the best I’ve ever had, especially when considering the fair price, and the rare parts of tuna were amazing as well.
You may have to wait in line for a little bit, since the (very kind) owner/chef seems to be working alone, but it’s absolutely worth your time.

Old but gold. This restaurant offers an authentic “standing bar” style, which is rare nowadays even in Tokyo. The chef is a sushi master with 70 years of experience, and he adds the nigiri with the right amount of soy sauce and the taste is simply incredible. I recommend the tuna set, each nigiri tastes different and is worth the price. They also offer rare tuna meat from the head parts, such as the chin and cheek, and as tasty as the other more common parts. The chef is friendly even towards foreigners, you may queue a bit longer depending on the hour but worth the wait.
