Sushi Rindo Description
Sushi Rindo is a hidden gem located in Hiroshima, Japan, specializing in sushi made with the freshest ingredients from the Seto Inland Sea and Hokkaido. With a cozy and intimate atmosphere, the restaurant offers a unique dining experience with an open kitchen-style counter seating for eight and a traditional sunken seating area for up to eight guests.
What sets Sushi Rindo apart is their commitment to showcasing the best of both regions. From the king of the Hata family, Kijihata (Akou), to the delicate flavors and textures of Yonakigai and Hamaguri, the menu is filled with a wide variety of seasonal local seafood from the Seto Inland Sea. Additionally, as a sister restaurant to three establishments in Sapporo's Susukino district, Sushi Rindo also features carefully selected ingredients from Hokkaido, such as premium Uni and Kegani (hairy crab) sourced directly from contracted fishermen.
The attention to detail extends to the sushi rice as well. Sushi Rindo blends Niigata's Koshihikari rice with locally sourced rice from Hiroshima, creating a perfect balance of stickiness and a subtle sweetness. This enhances the flavors of the ingredients, elevating the overall sushi experience.
At Sushi Rindo, the staff prides themselves on creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere where guests can relax and enjoy their meal without any pretension. Whether you're a sushi connoisseur or a first-time visitor, Sushi Rindo promises to deliver an unforgettable dining experience that celebrates the best of Hiroshima and Hokkaido's culinary traditions.

Visited the store with a friend. Enjoy assorted sashimi, special nigiri, etc. All the ingredients are fresh and delicious. The red meat of the tuna melts on your tongue. The sushi is slightly warmed by the red vinegar and loosens easily. This part comes down to your preference, but I prefer a firmer sushi rice with white vinegar, so it's not quite as good.

The dishes are made with ingredients that will make you glad you came here every time, such as Hokkaido-grown shishamo, sea urchin, fatty tuna, and white shrimp.
Since their main store is in Hokkaido, they purchase delicious Hokkaido ingredients.
Sea urchins are just so beautiful! delicious!
Clear deliciousness! There was no odor, no cloudiness, and I was shocked by the straight and strong scent of sea urchin.
I had it as a course, but I enjoyed the sea urchin as it was as an appetizer, and when the sushi of sea urchin came out in the second half, I was like ``Kuu~♡''.
It was also fun to compare the eating habits of male and female shishemon.
There are some rare ingredients that can only be eaten at that time of year, so you can enjoy seasonal ingredients no matter what time of the year you go.
Even if it is not a course, you can also order according to your tastes and stomach.
The general was also a serious and nice person.
Thank you for the meal.

I ordered the course and was very satisfied. The portion was quite large so you will be full. I was a little disappointed because it took a while for the food to come out and I felt that the private room was a little small. It was just delicious so I would like to go again.
