Such a great experience top to bottom, highest of quality ingredients, craftsmanship and dedication from the whole staff. Bites and presentation that delight all the senses. Go at once you will not regret.

Very original sushi, and very delicious. Flavors are well balanced but many ingredients and techniques used are unique, including use of vegetables.
The lunchtime atmosphere is calm and welcoming, and the tea shop next door doubles as a waiting room/area for digestif.
A lot of care has been put into the overall experience and it's a place I definitely want to revisit.

Translated from Japanese:
The appearance of the restaurant, the atmosphere of the chef, and the deliciousness of the sushi. Everything was perfect and I fell in love with the store. And in early spring, the cherry blossoms in the park in front of you are lit up, and you can enjoy cherry blossom viewing sushi!
The sushi has an exquisite balance between Edo-style and slightly modern sushi. The sushi is not served from the beginning, but comes in a mixed form, so you will never get tired of it.
It was a fun time.
However, it is so popular that it is hard to get a reservation, but I would like to go even if I do my best to make a reservation.

Translated from Japanese:
It was absolutely delicious.
Perhaps because of the owner's personality, the restaurant and atmosphere were calm and stress-free, and we were able to enjoy delicious food. Not only did they serve fresh fish, but they also had sushi that changed its taste several times after it entered your mouth. According to the general, it has to be safe because it's something that goes into people's mouths. Apparently they also make their own rice from rice.

Translated from Japanese:
I was so moved that I couldn't put it into words.
I will explain it briefly, but it might be faster to check it with your own tongue.

The most delicious fiber in the universe, made from Hokkaido hair crab.
Amakusa's red sea urchin is so pure that it has a clear sweetness that makes you feel ashamed of your own worldly desires.
The silhouette is as beautiful as the battleship Scharnhorst because it is wrapped in seaweed afterwards.
The addition is Munimuni Haruko sea bream. And black rice inari using Kumamoto Nankan-age. I was moved to tears by receiving it as a souvenir.

I want to go again.
