This is a sushi restaurant located on 4-chome in Ginza.
A guy I've become friends with recently told me he was going there, so I took him there.
After talking for a while, I found out that the general was from Iwate Prefecture, which is relatively close to my hometown.
And since they use a lot of Iwate ingredients, it's natural that we can talk a lot.
It's an interesting sushi restaurant that has a hearty Edomae-style sushi feel, but also uses slightly unusual fish.
Above all, I'm very happy that each potion comes with so many small potions.
The tuna and white fish were well aged and delicious, the shellfish were fresh, and all the sushi and snacks were delicious.
With this quality, you can have a drink in Ginza and spend less than 20,000 yen per person, so it's a great value for money.
I think this is a store that is likely to become a famous store in the future.
