All of the chef's special toppings are one-of-a-kind!
I can tell that the work is done carefully.
Both the owner and the landlady treated me with a good sense of distance, so even though it was my first time, I was able to enjoy my meal without feeling nervous.
It was also nice to be able to choose choko when ordering sake.
Along with the delicious sushi, I also enjoy sake.
Since it's in the neighborhood, I'd definitely use it again!

South exit of JR Koenji Station. Within a few minutes walk.
Tsukiji Market *This is an independent restaurant run by Master Sato, who worked as a craftsman at Sushibun, a famous restaurant in what is now Toyosu Market, for about 30 years.
The business is run by his wife and son.
When making a reservation, you can choose from two types: nigiri only, or a snack and nigiri course.
Make a reservation for the snacks and nigiri course.
There are only 8 seats at the L-shaped counter inside.
It seems that it is not particularly rotating.

The vinegared rice is a blend of red vinegar. Mild taste. The nigiri prepared by the owner, Master Sato, is lean and beautiful. I'm glad you were able to release it at a good tempo. The tempo is wonderful, not rushing or dragging.
The soft boiled octopus and boiled clams with yuzu on top made a good impression. I couldn't help but order a second helping of boiled clams.
The ice cream made by the wife at the end is delicious♪
Ice cream made with seasonal fruits seems to be very popular.
It's family run, so it's a very warm atmosphere. Everyone is very kind, so I think this is a good place to make your counter sushi debut♪
We had a wonderful time.
Thank you for the meal!

It felt like the food was made with good ingredients and carefully prepared, and everything was very delicious...I thought it was amazing to be able to eat it at this price.
I enjoyed a wide variety of Japanese sake.
The last gelato? It was said to be homemade by his wife, and the owner was very playful when he said, ``This is our main dish.''
A store you want to go to as the seasons change.
