It’s pricey, but if you’re ok with that, this is a fun, tourist-friendly place for serious, upscale sushi. We were lucky enough to sit in front of the Taisho (owner chef), who was eager to chat with us, which made the experience extra special. If you’re gonna do it anyway, you may as well do the sake pairing. The sake selection was a blend of modern and traditional and all round awesome. A huge plus is that you’ll be (very) full by the end of your omakase, unlike most other places that don’t feed you enough!

Great food, excellent customer service and nice atmosphere. The chef was very personable and made this a very pleasant omakase experience. I booked this via table check and was quoted ¥13200 but ended up paying ¥16500, I’m not sure why it was more when I didn’t order drinks but maybe there’s additional taxes not listed on table check
