Authentic Edomae sushi prepared by the next generation of chefs who trained under the head chef of Sushi Yuu, which has been awarded Michelin stars four years in a row since its first year of operation.
The menu is basically omakase only.
You can enjoy a high-quality course and all-you-can-drink for an unbeatable price of 16,500 yen.
There are many menu items that stand out, such as the famous `pudding rolls'' and `Minato-ku rolls,'' but above all, you can't miss the fact that you can fully enjoy the quality ingredients and techniques.
The portions are quite large, and there are many types of all-you-can-drink drinks, mainly sake, so you'll be very satisfied!
The staff, mainly the young generals, are also wonderful.
Just like the affiliated restaurant Sushi Yuu Tsubasa in Ebisu, where reservations are difficult to take, there is no doubt that reservations will gradually become difficult to get here as well.
I think this is a store you should definitely visit.

4 minutes walk from Roppongi Station,
Visited Sushi Yu Tsumugi.
Using the former store of Sushi Yuu which relocated to Ginza
This is a store that opened in December last year.
The chef is Mr. Kazuki Tahara, who was the chef at Sushi Yuu Tsubasa.
I visited on a Saturday at 5:30pm for a friend's off-line meeting.
Omakase dinner (drink included) course 16,500 yen
I ordered an additional snack (6,300 yen).
All of the sushi prepared by the handsome chef is of a high standard.
It's expensive, and there are performances by Oi C and Zukun.
It's delicious and fun.
Sushi includes classic pudding rolls, Minato rolls, abalone and liver small bowl,
A small bowl of medium fatty tuna, pickled tuna, and tiger puffer fish milt.
It was especially delicious.
It was delicious till the end.
This time we added some extra snacks to make it over 20,000 yen.
However, like our sister restaurant Sushi Yu Tsubasa,
All-you-can-drink at this level in the mid 10,000 yen range.
There aren't many places where you can get sushi!
This is a recommended sushi restaurant!

Today, I invited some drinking friends to Sushi Yu Tsumugi in Roppongi.
This is a reasonably priced restaurant with a sushi course and all-you-can-drink price of 16,500 yen.
First, let's toast with the sushi restaurant's lemon sour! !
First, Mineoka tofu and Sanriku wakame come out.
The next drink will be served from Mimuro Sugi in sake mode.
・Ezo abalone liver sauce
・Firefly squid spring rolls
・Kasugodai
・Roasted egg with green seaweed
・Kohada
・Pickled striped horse mackerel
Here, the famous pudding roll appears! !
Yes, the pose! !

・White shrimp, purple sea urchin (additional)
・Eel from Mikawa Isshiki
・White fish chawanmushi

The chef standing in the sushi tying wing makes the sushi, which gives it a sense of entertainment.
Best of all, the 16,500 yen course that includes a free drink is amazing.
As for drinks, there is a wide selection of sake, and there is a limit of two orders of special sake per person, but it is enough.
I think they served more than 15 pieces, including the famous pudding rolls and Minato-ku rolls. The abalone and liver rice was delicious.
I can't recommend it to people who don't like entertainment, but the price is too good for Roppongi.
I want to change the season again.

A new store run by my disciple Tahara-san (previously at Ebisu no Tsubasa)
There are about 10 counter seats and private rooms.
This is a 16,500 yen course only restaurant with all-you-can-drink alcohol.
Two rotations with simultaneous start
17:30~ 20:00~
Everything was beautiful and delicious!
All-you-can-eat Sanriku wakame and ponzu sauce
I think the famous Minato-ku maki was an additional 1,000 yen? We also had special caviar as an option!
It was a course that was so cost-effective that I was worried!
I have to wait several months to make a reservation, so I feel like I'll make the next reservation when I go.
I will go again!
