[Lunch omakase course (6,600 yen)] *○Sushi, ●Sake appetizers, etc.
●Okinawa Itomozu: It might be good to have apple in it! ?
●Shirayaki eel: It's seasoned with a very nice taste, and as an eel fan, it really gets me excited.
●Vinegar rice with firefly squid and sea urchin: Risotto style where you can enjoy the scent of the sea directly♪
●Chawanmushi: Soft with finely-packed seafood.
○ Nagasaki sweet sea bream with kelp: The simmered texture is quite soft and you can tell the flavor of the ingredients.
○Nagasaki Aori Squid: The fine knife brings out the softness.
○Chiba Golden Eye: It's fatty and delicious♪
○ Okinawa medium fatty tuna: Is it a part close to lean meat that is not bitter and refreshing?
○Amakusa Prawns: Classically delicious.
○Fukuoka Haruko: By far my favorite dish at Sushi Tane
○Shimane horse mackerel: After all, blue fish are good in northern Kyushu.
○Okinawa red meat pickles: Similar to nikiri, it has a low salt content and makes a good impression.
●Okra miso soup: Is it sea bream bone? I really like the flavor of the soup stock.
○Tsushima Conger eel: You can enjoy it easily.
○Okinawa Umibudo & Nakaochi: The first hand-rolled roll with Umibudo.
The vinegared rice is made with red vinegar and has a slightly sweet taste.
I like the low-salt, soft flavor of boiled soup stock.
The shop owner is nice and doesn't talk much, but is kind and nice♪

Is delicious. .
I received the 6,000 yen lunch course (currently they don't seem to be offering 3,000 yen).
Not only is the sushi delicious, but the atmosphere of the restaurant is also great.
However, speaking of greed, I wanted the sushi to be interesting.
The general speaks frankly.

I had a 6000 yen course for lunch. The rice, ingredients, customer service, and atmosphere were all of high quality. We had a great time. I think it's a very good restaurant for dates and anniversaries. My stomach and heart were full!
