The fat of the black-throated fish melts the moment you put it in your mouth.
The scent of seaweed tightens the scent.
It's so delicious! ! !

This is a popular store in Ebisu.
A restaurant where you can enjoy sushi at an unprecedented price of ¥13,200 including all-you-can-drink.
Moreover, the all-you-can-drink menu includes champagne, wine, and very delicious Japanese sake.

The staff are also very friendly and I highly recommend this place to people who are nervous about counter sushi.

And it's really delicious! !
The quality is really amazing at this price.
This is outstanding! ! There's nothing special about it, but everything is well-balanced and delicious.

There are occasional suggestions for additional material, but I don't think you'll regret adding it.

Just one thing.
The downside is that you can't make reservations at all...
My next reservation is over half a year away 💦

We will visit you regularly and make reservations.
Thank you for the meal!
