A sushi restaurant.
I made a reservation for lunch on a holiday. Reservations are required.
I'm on the 3rd floor of a building in the back of a residential area. The first and second floors also seem to be restaurants.
There is no elevator up to the 3rd floor, so those who cannot climb the stairs are not allowed to visit. It's tough for people who are very fat.
The inside of the store is quite small, with only 7 counter seats lined up side by side. Can 8 people sit?
Lunch is a 12,000 yen nigiri course, so that's it.
This is a course of 12 pieces of nigiri.
All of the ingredients are thickly sliced and filling.
The sushi rice is made with mild red vinegar, and the firmness is just right.
Maybe less salt and no sugar? The sushi was quite similar to rice. Maybe you could make a little more of an argument? personally.
The texture of the sumika was delicious with a plump texture.
The grilled Kitayori shellfish is also crispy and delicious.
For those who like mild shari, I think the toppings are delicious and 12,000 yen is quite cheap.

I visited “Takehara”♩
About 5 minutes walk from Ebisu Station.
Right after passing through Garden Place.
I was worried because there was no signboard.
When you go up to the 3rd floor, there is a shop, so you can rest assured (lol)
It was the end of the year, but the seats were full!
Apparently there was one more person than usual ( ˊᵕˋ ;)
Even though it's a new store, it's popular!
~Omakase course~ 25,000 yen

A style where the knob comes out first.
I was captivated by the first item, red bean liver♡♡
Narazuke is an accent.
The seasonal Kobako crab is topped with vinegared oranges.
I was happy that there was a lot of body.
Milt is plump and rich.
Eat a little bit and then mix it with shari to create a creamy mixed rice ♥
The nigiri sushi is made with mild red vinegar.
If anything, it's a firmer sushi rice, but I think the emphasis is on balance.
The story was big and I felt twice as happy (lol)
My favorites are Spanish mackerel, sumi squid, tuna, surf clam, and sea urchin (ー `꒳´ )♡
You can't go wrong with Yamayuki's tuna.
Sea urchin, which I don't like when it has a strong smell, was delicious!

When I talked to the general, he told me that he was 24 years old.
Well, the old lady was surprised ((((;゚Д゚))))
What kind of alcohol do you like? Do you eat sushi often?
I asked a lot of questions lol
The nigiri course starts from 12,000 yen, so enjoy some light sushi.
You can also have fun!
We had a delicious and fun time (*^^*)
Thank you for the meal♩
