I like ‘Tsukune’’, because Hoku Hoku
‘Gatsu’(stomach) is not good for me
‘Gyu hatsu’ (heart) was sold out
‘Buta Hatsu’ is better than ‘Gyu hatsu’ ?
I would like to eat ‘Chire’ (spleen) next time


Great restaurant and feels like a really local find. The owners really made an effort to explain that we would be eating "interesting" meats and compared to English cuisine I'd agree it was that. Most courses were difficult to identify but amazing! The two that we were aware of were stomach lining and beef tongue. Would totally recommend if you're in the area and want something that most other restaurants in Japan don't offer.
