Best restaurant I have ever visited all of my life! I mean it was sensational flavours and amazing dishes after one and another. Unfortunately It is so hard to reserve the seat there, but I will go any opportunity to get in there soon! Absolutely amazing❤️

Any description of a place that has a (supposedly) 3-4 year reservation queue is in some ways entirely theoretical.
All I can say is that the use of wood fire and smoke is prevalent in nearly every dish, in different ways, and imparting different flavors. It's a great experience with great food.

Relocated from Azabu Juban for redevelopment and opening in January 2024.
The store is about 7 minutes walk from Roppongi Station
Located on the 2nd floor of THE CITY Nishiazabu II.
The number of seats has increased from before the relocation, with only 8 counter seats available.
The business is open twice, from 5:30 pm and from 8:30 pm.
Although reservations can be made online through Omakase,
The hurdles for new reservations are high, with waiting times of one and a half to two years for reservations.
Payment is by card only.
Bronze winner of The Tabelog Award
It is a unique genre called firewood Japanese cuisine.
The course consists of a total of 13 to 14 dishes.
Omakase course only.
Speaking of Suzuda style
Including steamed rice with large shiitake mushrooms and fillet, and hand-rolled seaweed.
Ingredients that change with the seasons are wrapped in the scent of firewood,
While taking advantage of the quality of the ingredients, we bring out the deliciousness even more.
Since it is December, we have gorgeous wood-grilled Matsuba crab and wood-grilled rice.
It was very delicious
The course has a good tempo so you can enjoy the scent.
The course can be completed in about 90 minutes.
It was a dish that could only be tasted at this restaurant.

It's a restaurant that has moved and is difficult to make reservations for...but the food was delicious.
It's a pretty good price, so I think it would be nice to wear something more clean like kappo clothes, but...I didn't really feel the quality of Japanese kappo food. It's true that firewood is delicious, but it doesn't last forever...If you can't find delicious food without firewood...
