Often referred to as the best tantanmen in Tokyo. It's definitely very good!
I would watch the two levels of spiciness - and especially the chili oil. The chili oil is not a problem because it is spicy it's because it's *oil*. When you go for 5 and 5 spicy you get 5 scoops of oil... Which is too much oil.
Long queues so beware.

Really good tan tan men experience here. A lot of varieties, you can get them in soupy or dry form. They have seasoned specials too. There is usually a line so you know it is pretty good shop just by that! It has a few other branches in Tokyo in case you are not near here.
Good choice for lunch if you visit ueno park or the shrine nearby especially during ume season.
