The biggest WOW of a restaurant experience!
Booked this restaurant based on the awards and reviews; from entering to leaving, it was all you could ask for.
Aside from the top quality Omi beef, each dish leading up to the main steak course integrated other quality ingredients with traditional and modern flavours to highlight the various cuts and modalities of the Omi beef.
Hospitality was excellent, catering to both locals and foreigners. The origin and purpose of each component was explained and shown to us before being prepared and served. With the bar setup, the service was open and put on direct display.

I have only but AMAZING things to say about the food and experience!! My wife and I agree it is one of the best meals we have ever had! I recommend making a reservation and eating here because you will not regret it. It is more expensive than an average meal in Japan, but it is worth it! Not only is the food delicious, but the experience is wonderful as well. They explain all the ingredients before every dish and they prepare everything in front of you.

The food, service, and overall experience were INCREDIBLE! Every dish was delicious, and I loved how they would present/explain the ingredients of each dish before each one was served! It is one of the best meals we had on our Japan trip! Highly recommend and definitely book in advance.

From start to finish, amazing service, amazing food and amazing atmosphere. It really is a homage for Omi beef - every ingredient is presented and explained before it is cooked to perfection right in front of the 12 lucky diners who got a place in this amazing establishment.
The owner and staff are so nice and friendly, service is top notch and with a smile.
No doubt one of the best meals we’ve ever had, and though certainly not cheap, I think it’s a great deal for what you pay for.
If you can get a spot - get it, cause next year this place will be booked months in advance.
