    It's delicious here.
    Two-color bamboo steamer is delicious.
The rustic hand-ground bamboo steamer is full of soba flavor, and the regular bamboo steamer is also of high quality. Both have a fresh and exciting feel to them.
And after all, the flavor is deep and good.
It has a strong taste, so I think it would be best to eat it all the time without adding it.
There is a wide variety of vegetable tempura and tempura, making it a good value.
Each seasoning works well as well.
It's located between Kumegawa Station and Yasaka Station, so it's a bit of a walk no matter which way you visit, but if you're a soba lover living in the area, you should definitely visit this restaurant at least once.
However, the quantity of hand-ground bamboo steamers is limited, so it would be a good idea to visit early |⦅Д゚)))

Tegariya ``Genji'' is a popular soba restaurant located a 4-minute walk from Kumegawa Station in Higashimurayama City, Tokyo. The restaurant has a calm atmosphere and spacious seats, so you can enjoy your meal in a relaxed manner. Genji uses domestically produced buckwheat flour and offers a different menu depending on the season. In particular, the smooth handmade soba noodles and crispy vegetable tempura are popular. We also have a full drink menu, including shochu, wine, and sake, which you can enjoy with your soba-mae a la carte dish.
I ordered ``Edomae Tenseiro, two layers'' and ``Tamagoyaki (sweet).''
The soup was a little thick, and it was delicious as it mixed well with the well-cut soba noodles. It was refreshing. The tempura was rich in variety and plentiful. I think it lacked a light and refreshing feeling, but it was okay.
    The tamagoyaki was also delicious.
I won't be able to visit again often, but I would like to use it if I have the chance.
