Today's dinner is Shirokane Takanawa in Minato Ward.
After 9pm on weekdays, the area has a quiet atmosphere with few people.
I was looking for a place to eat and went to this highly rated restaurant.

I was also interested in the fried rice, but it was priced at 1,500 yen.
As a result of thinking about it...
Ordered tanmen for 1,000 yen and sesame soup dumplings for 700 yen.
The ramen came out about 5 minutes after ordering.

Contains cabbage, bean sprouts, and pork.
The noodles are flat and smooth, and are delicious when mixed with the salty soup that brings out the flavor of the vegetables and meat.

After I finished eating the noodles, I was under the impression that there were not many noodles.
I feel like eating some more

The skin was chewy and delicious!
