Taishōken Review Summary

A classical chinese restaurant, called as Machi-Chuka in japan.

I ordered Umani-Soba and fried rice set.
Umami-Soba was simple taste. I was glad that there were many vegetables in it.

Woman staff was friendlly.
I felt comfortable and relaxed for lunch.

This is a long-established Chinese restaurant that is different from Mr. Yamagishi's Taishoken, and is now in its fourth generation at just 23 years old. It is called Ningyocho-kei Daishoken.
This restaurant has been introduced several times in ``Let's drink in town Chinese food''.

Small plate of meat balls 350 yen

It's not a crab ball, it's a meatball. There's not that much meat, but
The bean paste tastes like stewed pork bone soup and is delicious.
Shiitake soba 800 yen

If you only drink soup, you can use soy sauce!
It has quite a strong soy sauce flavor. I wonder if the seasoning of the shiitake mushrooms was calculated so that the bean paste would melt into the mushrooms.

Noodles are also delicious

I received a small plate of shumai with the ramen + half rice + side dish set. For the side dish, grilled ginger. In addition to grilled ginger, there are other dishes such as stir-fried vegetables and shumai.
Have a bottle of beer while you wait. There were 3 brands of bottled beer.
The cost performance and taste were simple and delicious.

When I called later, I was told that they were temporarily closed on Fridays, and that they would be closed the following Monday and every third Monday of the month. I often wish it was nearby.

Without any prior knowledge, I casually entered the store and ordered Shiitake Soba, which had a certain aura to it.
This is absolutely exquisite. Irresistible for shiitake mushroom lovers.
I would like to come back next time so I can drink beer.

Chashu men, grilled ginger (small plate), and half rice 🤗

First of all, rice and ginger grilled... The mini-sized ginger grilled is authentic with a strong ginger flavor, and it is delicious when mixed with rice 😋

Char siu men...The noodle-making machine is broken so they are no longer homemade, but the straight thin noodles with a lot of added water and the soy sauce soup with the perfect dashi and flavor are completely beyond the scope of town Chinese food and are surprisingly delicious🤤

The char siu has a good texture and taste, and this one is also delicious 😋

It was an amazing shop that far exceeded my expectations ✨😆
