I am not someone who has eaten a lot of high standard beef, but I would say that this one is the best I had so far in my life, and it is really a steal given the price. My boyfriend and myself made reservation two days in advance, but only managed to get a seat for tonight at 9:30pm. We arrived at around 9:10pm see the shop by the street seems closed. We got freaked out for about 3min and waiting in panic (there was a banner in front of the closed shop but none of us could read Japanese :( However we were lucky enough to meet a lady came out from the actual shop, and she brought us to the correct place, which is actually just a few steps away in the alley.

We ordered 4 of the top tier beefs and a plate of beef tongue, along with some side dishes and drinks. The total cost is 8750 Yen. We were both really full (till now!) and I would say we did not try to be thrifty on the order.

Big big recommendation to everyone! I think every cents here you are really paying for the quality beef, instead of rental/ renovation/ marketing.
