The interior of the shop is colored with a chic and soft black charcoal color, and is unified with a stylish Japanese taste. This time, I was guided to a private room. It was full of special feelings in an extraordinary space.
A variety of carefully selected ingredients such as rice, meat, seafood, and vegetables are carefully cooked with ingenuity, and it is simply delicious. In addition, I was able to enjoy the meal even more because they carefully explained each dish in an easy-to-understand manner. Although I am an amateur, I was just impressed that every dish requires a high level of skill. On the way home, I was grateful that the leftover clay pot rice was made into a rice ball.
We also have a wide selection of alcohol, including beer, sake, shochu, and wine. This time, I had Fukui's sake "Kuzuryu" from beginning to end. By the way, it seems that they also have seasonal sake that is not on the menu, so it might be a good idea to order the shop's recommendation.
